Dear Parents and Carers
I have sent a copy of a contact form and Home School Agreement on Iris Parentmail, could you please complete the form and booklet so we can have an updated copy of your home school agreement and contact numbers. Could they both please be returned tomorrow. If you have any difficulty filling them in you can get a paper copy from the office.
