Dear Parents and Carers

Unfortunately the wrong parts were sent for the mini bus and we will not have it to transport the children tonight.  We have over 18 children which is more than the mini bus can carry, however, I am able to take 4 and 1 parent already has offered to take her child and a friend.  If any of you are able to provide transport that would be much appreciated and if you could inform the school office we could all meet up at the front of the school office at 3.15pm and sort out the children.  If we do not have sufficient numbers to transport the children.  I will take the older children and any remaining can join the after school club with Mr Kane and be collected at 4.15pm at the front of the school.  Can I apologise for this situation which is sadly out of our control but hope that most of our children will be able to enjoy the race.  If you had asked for a place on the mini bus and would rather pick your child up at 3.15pm could you please inform the office so that we know the arrangements for all of the children.
