Dear Parents and Carers
The Flu Immunisation Team will be visiting school on this Thursday 21st September to deliver the flu vaccine to the children. There are only 129 children out of 211 that have registered with the school nurses. If you do not want your child to have the vaccine you can opt out on the link below, but if you do not register your child will not receive the vaccine without signing up and giving consent.
