Dear Parents and Carers

Letter from NCT

With the current cost of living concerns, we know that many families are struggling financially and this is likely to get worse. Our Nearly New Sale is a great way for parents to save money, especially in the run up to Christmas. They can buy good quality preloved baby and children’s clothes, toys, books and equipment from birth to young teen at bargain prices. We have over 80 parents registered to sell but still have space to add more. Anyone wanting more details can contact us via email northliverpool@nct.org.uk Our sale is set up like a pop-up shop with everything organised by category, sellers don’t even have to be at the sale themselves. We have central tills that take cash, card or contactless payment. Our next sale is Saturday 8^th October 10.30am-1pm at Old Christ Church, Waterloo.  

All proceeds from the sale go to the parents selling with commission to the NCT charity for parent support activities. NCT is a national parent support charity for the first 1000 days of parenting. NCT North Liverpool is a volunteer branch that in addition to the Nearly New Sale have a volunteer run playgroup, sessions at Jake’s Sensory Netherton Activity Centre, pram walks and Cinebabes at the Plaza. As a result of money raise at our sale these parent support events can be subsidised by the charity with some being free or voluntary donation only. NCT events are open to all.
