Dear Parents and Carers,

At this time of year, we would ordinarily be preparing to welcome our new students and parents into our school
community. This is no different this year despite of the current situation. In an effort to give you all of the information
you require before September we now have a transition page on the website which will be frequently updated. This
can be accessed via the ‘Parents’ section of our site.

Furthermore, we will be trying three virtual ‘Transition Welcome Evenings’. It is the first time we have tried this but we
hope it will give you a chance to hear from me and other leaders in the school. We have split the presentations over
three evenings as Zoom only allows for a certain number of participants. If you would like to listen in, please join on the
evening we have allocated for your child’s school. You can also ask questions by clicking here. We will try to answer all
questions submitted during the presentation or at the end.

Please see the allocated evenings below. We have divided them in this way to avoid reaching the maximum allocation
on Zoom.
