  PJ Day

  Hi Parents of Year 3 families,
  
  I'm pleased to announce that our long awaited PJ reward day will go ahead next Friday on the 10th of October. I'm sure that you can appreciate me holding off from this arrangement until our RE inspection was out of the way. It would have made for an interesting but cosy inspection otherwise.
  
  Children can come to school wearing their PJs or comfy clothes and slippers if they wish though they must also have suitable outdoor shoes too.

  Year 3 homework is as follows:
  
  Maths - Access the infinity online quiz week 4 (using the code attached).
  
  English - Weekly SPaG check week 3 worksheet (back to back).
  
  Spellings - allocated spellings which are visible on their SpellingShed account online from Monday.
  
  Reading books - To be returned on Thursdays and changed weekly if finished.

  New Dinner Menu for 3rd November 2025

  Dear Parents and Carers
  
  Sefton Catering have produced a new dinner menu which comes into effect from Monday 3rd November. 
  
  Please choose one dinner each day for the full three weeks, if you are given a sandwich or Jacket Potato option, please circle or highlight your child's choice.  Please ensure that if your child has any allergies or intolerances, could you highlight the information at the end of the list.  All junior dinners are charged at £2.60 per day (£13.00 per week) this is payable on a Friday morning for the following week so that your child's account has enough credits to last the week.  Payments should never be paid in arrears.  If you want to complete a paper copy please call to the school office to complete one.
  
  All forms should be returned to the school office by Tuesday 7th October  so that I have time to collate the new choices for Green Park Kitchen.

  RE Inspection 1st & 2nd October - Action Needed Thank You

  We are being visited by Inspectors from the Catholic Schools Inspectorate on 1st/2nd October.  Please can you read the attached letter and use the link to complete the parents survey, if possible could this be completed before Wednesday 1st October.
